Shared learning seminar 19 November 2008
The purpose of the Shared Learning Seminar was to report our findings, share good practice and highlight opportunities to address the remaining barriers to improvement.

The outcomes of the Seminar will inform the report which we will lay before the National Assembly for Wales shortly afterwards. Workshop outputs and presentations from the day are available below.

Key strategic messages

This session reports the key findings of our work and involved a series of short presentations on what has worked well in tackling delayed transfers of care.

Operational level – the ‘wicked issues’

Break-out workshops addressed four ‘wicked issues’, sharing good practice from within and outside Wales, presentations and outcomes below:
