The Carbon Trust undertook an assessment of initial energy saving opportunities at Torfaen County Hall in August 2005.

This identified seven priority actions to reduce energy consumption, together with payback calculations. Actions arising from the assessment include a range of awareness raising initiatives, training and improvements in data collection and analysis.
