Sharing the experience....and the results

Welcome to the Good Practice Exchange - a resource for helping you and your organisation become more effective in delivering better services.
It is part of our approach to supporting improvement by using electronic media and face to face contact, through shared learning events and in our day to day contact with Welsh Public Service bodies.

How does it work?

Each year we examine in depth a number of topics which are of key importance to Welsh Public Services and share this information with you.
Each good practice topic area has a series of pages which summarise the principles or good practice, DIY checklists and self assessment tools gathered from what is working well in all sectors from Wales, the UK and beyond.

A source of practical and helpful information

Having access to practical examples of what others have done is very useful and we have collected an extensive range of case studies available. The case studies are updated regularly and we would welcome your suggestions on the types of case studies you would like to read about.
