Wales Audit Office launches questionnaire as part of a study on food and catering services in Welsh hospitals

Hospital catering
The Wales Audit Office is inviting anyone who in the last 12 months has been a patient, or cares for someone who has been in hospital, to give their views on the food they received during their hospital stay.
How to take part
We have a confidential questionnaire that is quick and easy to complete. It is entirely voluntary and we will not ask you for your name or any information which will identify you.
