The Auditor General’s report calls on Welsh public bodies to improve checks before awarding funds to high risk projects like the Garden.
Millions of pounds of taxpayers’ money was given to the project. But Jeremy Colman says some of the public bodies funding the project could have done more to address the risks involved. His report also concludes that those public bodies could have worked together more to share information.
