Buildings management

Effective management of land and buildings is fundamental to the successful delivery of public sector services in the 21st century.

In recognition of this we have developed this guidance after completing audit work at over 30 Welsh public sector bodies. These pages provide clear advice and innovative solutions to help organisations get the most from their buildings. The guidance aims to support improvements in service delivery, promote flexible working arrangements for staff, reduce costs and minimise the environmental impact of using buildings. This site also includes good practice examples from the public and private sectors in Wales and elsewhere.
