The Association has worked with its residents to produce a Welcome Home Pack which provides attractive, user-friendly information on how to get involved in the work of the Association.
The pack has been made available to all of the Association's residents and will be used in the future as the basis of a settling in visit to every new resident by the Association's Customer Involvement Officer. The Association intends its approach to make clear to all residents, from the beginning of their tenancy, that it wants to encourage involvement and offers a range of ways to get involved to suit the needs of each resident. The Association hopes the approach will achieve more involvement from under-represented groups, such as young people.
