For all new build developments, the Association held a communal sign-up for all new tenants, which allowed tenants to meet their new neighbours and the Association's staff who would be involved in managing their tenancy and their home.
These events gave tenants the chance to find out from the Clerk of Works about their new home, to meet the estates assistant covering the scheme, to hear about the services provided, and to find out how to access the Association's services such as repairs. The Association also used the meetings to give new tenants information on how to get involved in the work of the Association and to give feedback on their views on the Association's services.
