A more flexible service, tailored to meet the needs of older people was developed as a result of an evaluation.
The Association evaluated the way in which it provided housing services to older people by seeking the views of its existing customers and potential service users. A more flexible service, tailored to meet the needs of older people had been developed as a result of the evaluation.
Wellbeing visits to all tenants over 75 helped to identify current and future needs relating to health, safety and security, social inclusion and ensuring homes met tenants' needs. The Association offered painting and decorating services, assisted with the provision of white goods, such as fridges, and soft furnishings, such as carpets and curtains, and physical adaptations to the home.
