Friday 15 June (Rhyl) and Friday 22 June (Cardiff)
We launched our Grants Guide a while ago, promoting it by a series of very successful shared learning events around Wales. Delegates valued a chance to explore common frustrations and learn how other funders or grant recipients were solving them. There was a clear demand for further events, especially with a focus on specific issues important to particular sector audiences.
In response to that demand, and to follow our recent report on 'Grants Management in Wales', we plan two special seminars for June. Designed for local authorities and the voluntary sector umbrella bodies in their areas, these will focus on building success through effective monitoring, evaluation and impact reporting.
Who needs to attend?
• Unitary Authorities' Community Development or Regeneration Officers
• Voluntary sector umbrella bodies' grants officers
Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 30 persons.
Fees for public bodies will be £40 per person though voluntary sector delegates are invited free of charge.
When and where?
North Wales (Rhyl) - Friday 15th June 2012 (10am-3pm)
South Wales (Cardiff) - Friday 22nd June 2012 (10am-3pm)
Please note: Deadline to register is Tuesday 12 June 2012
