The Wales Audit Office is examining the progress made to improve peoples' homes and living environments in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) and to deliver wider regeneration benefits. We are focusing on social housing but are still keen to consider what the WHQS means in terms of private-rented and owner occupied homes.
Whoever you are, we are keen to hear your views and experiences about delivering WHQS related improvements, and the wider benefits to residents, the local economy and the local environment.
