10/10/2005
His report, commissioned by the Welsh Assembly Government, highlights problems with the way services are currently planned, organised and monitored - which are jeopardising the success of the Assembly Government's National Service Framework. While itdoes point to several examples of good practice, overall it found significant gaps in the way mental health services are delivered.
