The Wales Audit Office Welsh Language Scheme has been prepared under the Welsh Language Act 1993 and has been fully endorsed by the Welsh Language Board. The Wales Audit Office has adopted the principle that it will treat the English and Welsh languages on a basis of equality. The Scheme sets out how the Wales Audit Office will give effect to that principle when providing services to the public in Wales.
