The Board is responsible for the oversight and governance of the organisation and jointly with the Auditor General, for the preparation of an Annual plan and Estimate of income and expenses.

There are nine members of the board, five of whom are non-executives including the chair, plus the Auditor General for Wales, and three employees. 

 

One of the non-executive members posts is to commence as soon as possible with the other two expected to start in October 2020 and July 2021. 

The Chair of the Board’s post begins in October 2020.
