Our review sought to answer the question: Is the Council’s strategic approach strengthening its ability to transform, adapt and maintain the delivery of its services in the short and longer term?
We found that the Council has been building its workforce capacity to maintain service delivery and it now needs to focus on strategic workforce planning to strengthen its ability to deliver and adapt services over the medium to longer term.
